Dr. Rose’s research focuses on individual and familial factors in the cause(s) and course of alcohol abuse. He is conducting two longitudinal twin studies in Finland in order to identify genetic and environmental factors involved in alcohol abuse. Dr. Rose is also interested in studying individual differences from the perspective of developmental behavior-genetics.
