Dr. Donado is a Senior Microwave Engineer for Nanowave Technologies Europe SAS where he works on the research and development of next-generation components for remote sensing and communications applications. He is also an adjunct researcher for the Institute for Advanced Scientific Research and High Technology Services in Panama where he develops microwave applicator technologies to treat infectious diseases.
He pursued graduate school studies at the Georgia Institute of Technology where he obtained a Masters of Science (2006-2008) with a Fulbright Scholarship, and a Doctorate of Philosophy (2008-2012) from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is also a Senior IEEE member and since 2012, has served as a reviewer for multiple IEEE journals including IEEE Transactions of Microwave Theory and Techniques, Microwave and Wireless Component Letters.
