Bio:

1924-2010. Discovered parainfluenza virus type 2 (1950-52), RSV (1954-57), three additional parainfluenza viruses, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, several coronaviruses and rhinoviruses. He developed and adenovirus vaccine that was used in the U.S. military. He also worked on dengue and RSV vaccines.
