Dr. Stanley P. Zarlock, 52, of 35 Carol avenue, Fredonia, an associate professor of psychology at Fredonia State University College, died early this morning at Buffalo General Hospital after a lengthy illness.

Dr. Zarlock was born April 2, 1924 in Buffalo, resided in Fredonia since 1960, when he came to Fredonia State. Prior to that, he resided in Lexington Kentucky, where he had been employed at the Neuropsychiatric Hospital. He had also been employed as a clinical psychologist at Meyer Memorial Hospital and at the Veterans Administration Hospital both in Buffalo.

Dr. Zarlock completed hsi undergraduate studies at the University of Buffalo, where he also received his PhD. Devoted in the philosophy of science and the teaching profession, he had written several articles in the field of psychology. He had been a frequent speaker for various local organizations.
