"Georgios Magdis"

Georgios Magdis obtained his BSc in Physics and his MSc in Astrophysics from the Univ. of Crete, Greece in 2003 and 2005 respectively, before being awarded a PhD in Astrophysics from Oxford Univ. (UK) in 2008. After spending two years as a Post-doctoral Fellow at CEA/Saclay (France) and 4 years as Post-doctoral Research Fellow at Oxford, he joined the faculty of the Univ. of Copenhagen (Denmark) in 2015. As of 2018 he is an Associate Professor at the Cosmic Dawn Center of the Niels Bohr Institute at the Univ. of Copenhagen.
