Bio:

Evenson received the BS degree in physics from Montana State University at Bozeman in 1955. He was a Fulbright Scholar at Tübingen University, Germany, in 1955–1956. He received the MS and Ph.D. degrees from Oregon State University at Corvallis in 1960 and 1963. Dr Evenson joined NBS in 1963
