I am interested in synthesis of carbon nano materials (e.g., graphene) as well as the electronic and energy applications such as field effect transistors and transparent conducting films. The focus is on the synthesis of graphene over various substrates with chemical vapor deposition approaches. The substrates include metals (Cu) and dielectrics (SiO2 and quartz).
