Edgar Lederer (geboren 5. Juni 1908 in Wien, Österreich-Ungarn; gestorben 19. Oktober 1988) war ein aus Österreich stammender französischer Biochemiker, bekannt für die Erforschung zahlreicher Naturstoffe und seine Rolle in der Entwicklung der Chromatographie.
