Bio:

Anjul was born and brought up in Assam, a state in north-eastern part of India. For his undergraduate degree he went to National Institute of Technology (NIT), Rourkela where he completed Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology. After graduating from NIT in 2012 with Honors, he went to University College London (UCL) to study MSc Nanotechnology and Regenerative Medicine after being awarded Jubilee Scholarship by British Council. He graduated from UCL in September 2013 with Distinction and joined University of Oxford to pursue D.Phil in Systems Approaches to Biomedical Science- IDC. After completing two 11 weeks rotation projects during his first year of D.Phil., he started working on synthesis and testing of dyes under the supervision of Prof. Harry Anderson, FRS at the Chemistry department as a full time D.Phil. student.
