Bio:

Hongzhe Sun obtained his Ph.D from the University of London in 1996 (Birkbeck College) under the supervision of Peter J Sadler. After postdoctoral work at the University of Edinburgh, he joined the Department of Chemistry at the University of Hong Kong in 1998 where he is currently a Chair Professor of Chemistry, Norman & Cecilia Yip Professor in Bioinorganic Chemistry. He is the president-elect of the Society of Biological Inorganic Chemistry (SBIC).
