DONALD G. SCHULTZ was born in Milwaukee, Wisc, on August 28, 1928. He received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Santa Clara in 1952, his M.S. in Engineering from UCLA in 1956, and his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue in 1962. Since his graduation from Purdue, he has been teaching at the University of Arizona. He is presently on sabbatical leave at Caltech, and will return to the University of Arizona in September of 1969.
