Bio:

DJB was born in Borough Park, Brooklyn and raised in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn. He attended Stuyvesant High School, Brandeis University, Arizona State University, and Cornell University. He was on the faculty at UT-Austin from 1996-2000 and since then at UC Davis.
