Bio:

1886-1960. Pathologist who developed method of growing rickettsiae and viruses in chicken eggs. He also worked with mumps, fungal, and protozoan diseases in his long career. Known as the discoverer of Goodpasture's syndrome. Served as the Director of the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology, 1955-59.
