Bio:

Currently serve as Chief of Staff for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Managed the budget for NOAA within the White House Office of Management and Budget (5 years) and lead analyst on regulations by NOAA and the Interior Department within OMB's Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (5 years). Sea Grant Fellow in 2007 to the Senate Commerce Committee (Republican staff).
