Dr Ande Murali Varaprasad earned his Ph.D. in 1979 from IIT Bombay on Piezoelectric SONAR Technology followed by 3 years of Post Doctoral research experience at Microelectronics & Electrical Engineering Department of Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.Dr Varaprasad is a reputed DRDO Scientist with 3 decades of experience in the field of Missile Technology at Research Centre Imarat / RCI ie located at Hyderabad. RCI is the brain child of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam and specialises on Avionics, Navigation systems, Control systems, Radar Systems for Agni, Prithvi, Dhanush and Air Defence/AD Missiles.
