Peacefully departed this life on Thursday, January 25, 2018. He is survived by one son, Dr. Charles B. Rosser; daughter-in-law, Mariola Rosser; granddaughter, Samantha Rosser; brother, Richard Rosser; sisters, Sue Ridley and Dr. Audrey Turner; brother-in-law, Joseph Heastie (Ernestine); goddaughter, Alison Baytop; nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends. Viewing will be held on Thursday February 1, 2018, 10 a.m., followed by Homegoing Service at 11 a.m. at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 1514 - 15th St., N.W. Interment Parklawn Cemetery.
