"Louis Agassiz: his life and correspondence", edited and published in 1890 after Louis's death by his wife, Elizabeth Cary Agassiz, contains a detailed account of his life. It consists of a collection of letters, and on page 144 is an autobiographical account of his studies in Zurich, Heidelberg, and Munich.
