Bio:

Natalia Lyashenko has taught at the Novosibirsk State Conservatory and the Novosibirsk Opera and Ballet Theater in Russia. She has lived in Kyoto, Japan, where she had a large private voice studio and was affiliated with the Sakai City Opera Company. Since coming to the United States, she has taught at Iowa State University, Roosevelt University, and, since 1997, at Northwestern University, where she teaches voice classes and a performance seminar to non-music major students, and works with the opera chorus.
