Chair of Department (1991-96), (1997-01). Director
of the Program in Proteomics and Bioinformatics
(1998-2003). President of the Canadian Society of
Biochemistry, Molecular & Cellular Biology (1999-00).
Vice Dean, Research and International Relations, in
the Faculty of Medicine (2002- ). Among his graduate
students were Dae Chung, Guy Guillemette, Liliana
